The Coach House Bar
Our current bar counter & backdrop was constructed with reclaimed pitch pine timber from the Coach House belonging to the nearby Leitrim Estate, this timber was imported from Norway via steamship in the 1880’s to construct the original Rosapenna Hotel and the buildings within the Leitrim Estate in Carrigart.
In this relaxed and laid-back setting, golfers share in tales of victory and woe of their day on the links while indulging in a traditional pint of Guinness & local cuisine. You can also admire the beautiful views of Downings Beach where the ocean crashes less than 100 yards away from your table.

Vardon Restaurant
Named after the famed Open Championship winner, the Vardon Restaurant, as well as the adjacent bar, offer outstanding dining for those staying at the hotel or visiting to play golf. Overlooking the nearby ocean, the Vardon offers incredible evening sunsets and a menu that celebrates vibrant flavours and exceptional local and seasonal produce, creating an elevated dining experience that matches the incredible coastal setting.

• Bar Food (The Coach House Bar): 7 nights a week, 6:15pm – 8:45pm
