Getting Here
Rosapenna is located near the town of Downings on the north coast of Ireland and is a picturesque drive from airports across the country, depending on your itinerary. The resort is located about 3.5 hrs from Dublin, and 2 hours and 20 minutes from Belfast, and 4.5 hours from the Shannon Airport.
Please note that St. Patrick’s Links is located 3 miles (5 km) from the main entrance to the hotel and requires a vehicle to access the golf course. Rosapenna does not provide a shuttle service to the course. Two rental vehicles are available at the hotel if needed.
Flying
The airports at Belfast, Dublin, Knock and Shannon all provide International flights from a wide range of worldwide destinations. Donegal and City of Derry airports are both approximately a 60-minute drive from Rosapenna and offer short haul flights from Dublin and Great Britain, great connections to limit the drive time.

GoCars are available at all major Irish airports. Rosapenna offers two short-term rental vehicles at the hotel operated by a third-party provider.

Amenities
EV Charging
At Rosapenna we have four EV charging sockets on site at the hotel. Our partner, Charge Point, provide two double stations with a total of four 22kW Type 2 sockets. Vehicle owners are encouraged to have a Charge Point account, but you can also just pay as you go without an account. ATM
We have 2 Euronet ATM available 24 hours a day during the season. One is located just off the lounge in the main hotel. The other is in the Golf Pavilion and is available during day time operating hours. Please ask reception for directions.
Go Car
We have two on-site GoCars that guests, including those with international driving licences, can avail of for their needs. Sign up via the GoCar App . All instructions will be emailed directly to you. On offer is a GoExplore vehicle, a subcompact crossover SUV is ideal for those slighter longer journeys with that extra space, as well as a GoCity vehicle. They are located on the left as you drive through the main hotel entrance.

Golf
Rosapenna has three golf courses for guests—the Old Tom Morris course, Sandy Hills, and St. Patrick’s Links. There is also a 12-hole short course that starts and finishes at the practice ground office.
Practice Grounds
Offering the opportunity to warmup or work on your game, the ball dispenser accepts €1 coins or tokens that are available in the golf shop. Multiple covered bays and grass tee areas are available, allowing you to hit all clubs in your bag.
Getting to St. Patrick’s Links
St. Patrick’s Links is located 3 miles from the hotel and requires a vehicle. Note that Rosapenna does not provide a shuttle to access the course. St. Patrick’s merchandise is available for purchase at the course’s shop.
